Cape Verde will be on alert as of this Sunday, thanks to the significant slowdown in cases of Covid-19, which were zeroed in several municipalities, including S. Vicente. The measure, which will be in force for 30 days, was taken at the last meeting of the Council of Ministers and makes the obligation to wear a mask on public roads “fall away”. However, it is still mandatory to use it in closed spaces serving the public, except in nightclubs.
